We have three different lender negotiation packages for you to choose from.
 Bronze - 1 short sale good for 6 months
 Gold - 5 short sale good for 12 months
 Platinum - 10 short sales good for 12 months

After and only after approval from the lender for the purchase price you submit, you pay us $595 fee.
After that we get the lender to pay us any other we negotiated with them.
If you miss the closing we set up for you, you pay a $500 late fee.
